DHL系列角管式水管鍋爐是我國通過聯(lián)合國GEF項目、從丹麥沃倫公司引進的一種新穎結(jié)構(gòu)的鍋爐，是在四角上布置有不受熱的下降管且有自支撐作用、鍋筒一般布置成爐前橫置式或單鍋筒型的一種水管鍋爐的商業(yè)名稱。
我公司通過與西安交通大學(xué)聯(lián)合設(shè)計及獨立開發(fā)，已掌握該爐型的基本原理，產(chǎn)品性能和制造工藝，結(jié)合我國燃煤特性，不斷消化吸收、改進研究和開發(fā)，已經(jīng)形成了具有我公司特色的角管式蒸汽鍋爐系列產(chǎn)品和角管式熱水鍋爐系列產(chǎn)品，目前，江蘇四方鍋爐有限公司制造的該型鍋爐已遍布全國各地。
角管鍋爐采用模式壁結(jié)構(gòu)，既可減少漏風(fēng)，又能采用輕型敷管爐墻，不用笨重的耐火和保溫磚墻，蓄熱量小，時間短。
