燃煤導生鍋爐為組裝式強制循環(huán)液相鍋爐。本系列鍋爐應用于供熱溫度390℃化工企業(yè)，針對導生（聯(lián)苯-聯(lián)苯醚）的特點，按照低點排凈、高點放空進行設(shè)計，受熱面充足，由輻射受熱的密排方形盤管和錯列設(shè)計的對流蛇管組成。導生鍋爐尾部布置余熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預熱器，可降低排煙溫度，提高系統(tǒng)效率。
為提高鍋爐的an全性，材料選用耐熱合金剛管材，對接采用100%射線探傷，角焊采用100%表面探傷。
采用水冷前后拱，降低停電后爐墻蓄熱，保護前后拱的使用壽命。
采用PLC控制技術(shù)和變頻器調(diào)節(jié)，使出口導生溫度控制在設(shè)定溫度±1℃范圍內(nèi)
