# 2) Move More

Do something….anything….every day. Get off your couch!

Any movement is good movement – so…. do some kind of physical activity every day.

Walk, Run, Move your body for at least 20 minutes each day

The more you do it, the easier it gets. And soon, you will actually look forward to how good moving your body (exercise) makes you feel.

Most of us are able to walk.  And walking is something you can do every day. Walking is a great calorie burner.

Believe me, you don’t have to be a runner to burn lots of calories, although that is what I used to think when I was very overweight. You truly CAN have BIG weight loss with a moderate workout.

 

If you can’t walk due to a physical limitation or injurythis DVD is a great way to stay active, burn calories and get fit. It is a Stretch and Strength Workout Series – it says it is for seniors but don’t let that fool you. I have been using this DVD set while battling my chronic foot injuries and I get a wonderful workout and you will too.

 

If you want to walk indoors – start with this workout.  This indoor walking DVD  is easy to follow and you will be shocked at how it helps you lose weight fast! Quite a few folks have used this program to lose 100 pounds or more – no kidding!

If you want to walk outdoors which I LOVE to do, lace up some good supportive shoes and get outside and walk!

Whether you exercise inside or outside you will want to consider wearing a personal fitness tracker. Why?

Because wearing a personal fitness tracker tells you how many calories you have burned, how many steps or miles you have walked for the day….. and much much more.
